At 6 a.m. on June 1st, Montgomery County entered Phase One, meaning that some businesses and services can resume in a limited capacity.
On Friday, June 5, 2020, the Town of Kensington met with Councilmember Andrew Friedson and Assistant Chief Administrative Officer Jerome Fletcher, along with Mayor Furman and Councilmember Conor Crimmins in a Zoom meeting. Town merchants were invited to this meeting that ended with a Questions & Answer session.
