Every Wednesday since April 8th the county has been holding weekly COVID-19 media briefings. This media briefing offers members of the media a consistent opportunity to reach county leaders and discuss how Montgomery County is managing this pandemic and to address the county’s robust public health efforts. County Executive Marc Elrich and County Health Officer Dr. Travis Gayles start the briefing with an update before taking questions from reporters.
