April, Sexual Assault Awareness Month, is dedicated to raising awareness about consent, unwanted sexual activities, and boundaries. The Victim Assistance and Sexual Assault Program (VASAP) is distributing consent cards in English and Spanish to educate the community about sexual consent.
VASAP provides services to victims of violent crimes and sexual assault. The program has 24-hour telephone and walk-in crisis counseling information and referral. For more information about VASAP, please visit their website.
