Montgomery Connects is providing free Chromebooks to Montgomery County residents in-need! Residents must be at least seven years old, certify that they do not have access to a computer, and appear in person to pick up the computer. You do not need to be a U.S. citizen.
Click here to make an appointment online to receive a computer. You will need an email address and a Montgomery County library card. At the appointment, you will need to show a photo ID and proof of address if it is not listed on your ID.

- Tuesday, May 28 – 3pm-7pm – Silver Spring Civic Center
- Wednesday, May 29 – 3pm-7pm – Aspen Hill Library
- Thursday, May 30 – 2pm-6pm – East County Community Center
- Friday, May 31 – 2pm-6pm – Gaithersburg Library

Montgomery Connects is the County’s digital equity and inclusion program, providing digital access to as many in-need residents as possible. The organization received a federal grant to distribute 60,000 Chromebooks of which 25,000 remain.
