A new episode of Road to Recovery tonight at 9:00 pm will highlight special recovery programs for students. John Edmonds, Founder and President of the Phoenix Foundation of Maryland, is an alumnus of the nation’s oldest recovery high school. His knowledge and experience is what led him to continue a legacy of safe places for adolescents in recovery. Patty Winters is the Team Leader of Phoenix Rising: Maryland Recovery School Advocates and the founder of Brave and Bold Coalition. Winters liaises with Montgomery County Public Schools to educate the public on recovery services available.
