MMC is bringing back its cooking show! Premiering this month is Passport to Flavor with Chef William Ripley. Ripley, a proud Montgomery County native, is a seasoned culinary professional with over a decade of experience in the kitchen and classroom. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Ripley honed his skills in the restaurant industry before becoming the Food Trends teacher at Paint Branch High School. Through his teaching, he inspires students to explore food’s cultural significance while mastering essential culinary techniques. Now, through MMC-TV, he will be teaching residents across the county!
Please join us in welcoming Chef Ripley by viewing his first show, where he prepares a dish that’s near and dear to his heart this holiday season–his “Mom’s Christmas Quiche.” If you try it at home, let us know by sharing what you made with us on social media.
Chef Ripley also owns DiverseCity Catering Company, a small catering business that reflects his passion for showcasing the rich diversity of global cuisines. Contact him to learn more.
