The beloved Montgomery County Agricultural Fair is just a week away, running August 9-17! This year marks the 75th anniversary of the county’s largest fair featuring farm animals, carnival rides, live music, monster trucks, a KidZone, and so much more for the whole family to explore. Find the full lineup and schedule of entertainment here.
And of course, a fair wouldn’t be complete without fair food! Get produce from Butler’s Orchard, Mexican food from Don Julios, smoothies from Pacha Mamma Juice, grilled cheese from The Big Cheese, roasted corn from The Corn Guys, brisket from The Moose Pit, soda pop from Wild Bill’s Olde Fashioned Soda Pop, and more. Find the full list of food vendors here.
The fair is located at 501 Perry Parkway, Gaithersburg, MD 20877, and there is free parking with a shuttle bus from the Montgomery College – Rockville Campus and from Lakeforest Mall. Paid parking at the fair is $15, and General Admission is $15 on-site or $12 online (children 11 & under are free!). Find more info on costs and transportation here.
