Ann and Ellie share the new ventures of Virtual Reality (VR) in this show. They had realized a lot of jobs have a shortage in the pipeline. They figured out how to develop skill sets in a way that will be faster and authentic to help develop the skills and learn a trade with no risk.
Bringing the Women’s perspective, that have lived a little, really enhances the product that they have. They have created this organization, Virtual Apprentice to assist in training the workforce. They are working on a video on how to properly put on and take off PPE.
Virtual Reality is also bringing the learning environment to you. One can practice until they perfect whatever skills you they need to achieve. VR gives you the opportunity to become an expert and totally eliminates any risk to you. The chance for training is endless.
