Summer seems to come and go so fast because we are always on the move. On this episode of Tina’s Joyful Kitchen chef Tina McDermott shows how to prepare some quick bites while you are on the go. Tina starts by showing how she makes healthy sweet potato and carrot fries sprinkled with cinnamon and baked in the oven. Tina whips up some sous vide egg bites using cauliflower and bacon followed by homemade chicken nuggets that are better for you and better tasting than the drive thru.
