Karolyn’sCorner is an customer service solutions organization that assists small businesses and corporations to provide exceptional customer service for the Black consumer. Our goal is to put F.I.R.E.back into customer service thru (friendliness, integrity, responsibility and excellence). This goal is achieved through education and training which empowers businesses and demonstrates to the Black community that they are deserving of the ultimate customer service experience every time they shop. Karolyn is also the author of soon-to-be released e-books, entitled “Negro Please!
