She drove from her home in Maryland to Virginia Beach, Virginia for a wonderful vacation in the sunshine next to the Atlantic Ocean. Being there brought back many memories from childhood to now. Watch and see how these memories filled Ellouise with new mental pictures which richly nourished her after more than a year of being wrapped in solitude in her house due to the pandemic. Being out in nature, not locked up, or concerned was freeing. Ellouise advises that everyone should go to the beach and rejuvenate their own happiness!
