She does remind you to breath periodically in case you forget. Once you develop your breath you’ll be able to take more air in and hold it longer. Which brings more oxygen to your brain.
Robin warms up with opening up the body and loosening the muscles. She focuses on the shoulders and lower back with stretches that strengthen your muscles. Anyone can do yoga you just start small and gradually increase the level. No pain is key. Once you start practicing yoga you’ll feel the difference in your body immediately and the more you do the more mind, body, and soul you’ll develop.
