Wednesday at 8pm join Robin Dinerman for Cherryblossom Yoga. Robin warms up your lower back and Sitz Bones with lower back stretches. The Windmill will warm up your arms focusing on your biceps. Then in the second half, if you can, join Robin on the floor for variations of the Bridge poses which helps build core and lower body strength, lengthens and strengthens the spine, energizes the body, and stimulates the endocrine and nervous systems.
