Premiering tomorrow at 8:00 pm, Cherryblossom Yoga host Robin Dinerman continues with her beginner yoga series with new positions for body awareness. In particular, Dinerman asks viewers to monitor their daily movements and posture in order to find the right yoga positions to stretch and loosen muscles under strain.
